Member Levels & Benefits
The Mobile Payment Forum has a tiered membership structure, inviting interested parties to join as either Principal or Associate members.
Principal Members
Annual Dues: $12,500
Benefits:
- Access to MPF Members-Only Website
- Opportunities for peer-to-peer collaboration
- Your company name, logo and hyperlink on Forum Website
- Use of the MPF's logo on your Website to indicate membership
- Additionally, all of the benefits afforded at the Associate Member level
Associate Members
Annual Dues: $4,000
Benefits:
- May provide a non-voting representative to each committee
- May provide input on Forum deliverables
- May receive all Forum specifications without charge
- May access all Forum research and resources
- Will receive all membership communications
- May attend all general meetings of the Forum
- Your company name, logo and hyperlink on Forum Website
Emerging Company Members
Annual Dues: $2,000
Benefits:
- All rights afforded Associate Members, however, this membership is reserved for companies that have been established two years or less.
A third level of membership, International Payment System Companies, consists of card payment account companies and is not open for general membership. This level of membership provides payment card companies with a permanent seat on the Board of Directors and certain voting privileges on topics affecting the legal status of the Mobile Payment Forum and approval of technical specifications. The Forum's focus is on practical solutions to mobile commerce payments and to deliver solutions that can be utilized with payment card accounts. For this reason, some specific issues require a consensus among the payment card companies and the general Board of Directors to be approved. Most issues, however, like the prioritization of work items, are managed through general voting procedures.
